Skydda supports group-Wide project in Kenya - a partnership with Hand in Hand

2024-12-19

At Skydda, we are proud to be part of the B&B Group’s partnership with Hand in Hand, an organization focused on empowering communities in Kenya through entrepreneurship training and sustainable business practices. Together, we aim to create lasting change that truly makes a difference.

Our commitment in Kenya

Through this initiative, we will help 250 individuals in the village of Cheboin, Kenya, receive training to start and manage their own businesses. Our goal is to foster the creation of 175 new businesses and generate 228 jobs by 2026. Special emphasis is placed on empowering women economically, as research shows women tend to reinvest a significant portion of their income in their families and communities, amplifying the benefits for everyone.

Why this project?

We believe in contributing to a fairer and more sustainable world—not just in doing business. By sharing our expertise and opening new opportunities, we aim to make a lasting positive impact on the people of Cheboin and the community as a whole

Join us on this journey

From entrepreneurship training to business creation, this project is a testament to what we can accomplish together. By supporting this initiative, we are also contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and demonstrating that collective effort can lead to a better future for all. We will keep you informed with regular updates and the latest news from Cheboin as the project progresses.
