Stable insole that reduces both pronation and supination. As the insole can be reshaped as required it suits all sorts of foot arches. It can be reshaped in an oven at 100 °C for 1-2 minutes (not microwave oven!). Excellently suited for those suffering from heel spurs. Fit most shoes.
